His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has issued Royal Order 47 for 2011 appointing an acting Supreme Defence Council secretary-general.

According to the decree, major-general Adel bin Khalifa Hamad al-Fadel is the acting secretary-general of the Supreme Defence Council.
